Kate has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree. She graduated from the Australian National University in 2008.
Kate worked as a Legal Associate to two Justices of the Family Court of Australia in 2009. She joined Forte Family Lawyers in 2010 and was admitted to practice in May 2010.
She is a member of the Junior Family Lawyers Working Group of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and Victorian Women Lawyers.
