Beth completed a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor or Laws in 1999. She was admitted to practice in 2001. Beth was appointed an Associate of Forte Family Lawyers in May 2006.

Beth had broad litigation experience in the early stages of her career, including Magistrates’ Court and County Court appearances, as well as the Family Court. During that time Beth chose to focus on family law, and has practised exclusively in this area since 2004.

Using this litigation experience, Beth has worked in many areas of family law including property and children’s matters and related areas such as intervention orders and bankruptcy.

Beth is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.

Beth has balanced her legal career with raising her two children. She is currently on maternity leave, awaiting the birth of her third child.
